Texas Tech and 19 other universities across the country on Thursday introduced the development of a partnership aimed at escalating opportunities for Hispanic students in some of the nation’s best establishments.
The new Alliance of Hispanic Serving Exploration Universities (HSRU) consists of just about every university that has been both equally classified as R1 (quite substantial exploration action) by the Carnegie Classification of Establishments of Greater Education and learning and specified as a Hispanic Serving Institution by the U.S. Department of Education — 20 in total like Texas Tech.
