Millions of iPhone users warned of horrifying new danger – check your device now

ANOTHER bug has been detected in Apple’s latest iPhone update which lets hackers access photos, messages and more.

Apple introduced iOS 16 in June last year, and since then, several security flaws have been spotted by cyber experts.

The latest discovery allows hackers to bypass security protections to inject malware onto the iPhone or iPad.

This malicious code grants fraudsters access to that device’s photo and video album, messages, address book and calendar.

It means cyber criminals could potentially spy on users using their devices audio and video capabilities.

However, there is a really simple way to protect yourself.

Apple has already patched up the flaw, in an even newer update, iOS 16.3.1.

iPhone owners must be sure to download the latest fix, which will be available in Settings > General > Software Update.

Experts have taken to Twitter, Reddit and other online forums to share their Apple bug catches.

They say they’re experiencing an unusual amount of bugs and poor system performance following the most recent ‌iOS 16‌ update.

Users have also been suffering with camera freezes, random sound changes and poor battery.

Apple typically doesn’t alert users of any security or operational issues until it has completed an investigation and found a fix.
