What’s New At CES 2024?
CES 2024 — the world’s largest consumer technology trade show — runs Jan. 9-12 in Las Vegas. CES is still known to many by its original name, the Consumer Electronics Show, but it has become a broader technology conference.

The annual event is expected to attract more than 130,000 attendees and over 3,500 exhibiting companies. CES also has two days of preshow events for journalists and analysts. The 2024 conference will take up 2.4 million net square feet of exhibit space, up 10% from the 2023 show.
Keynote speakers at CES 2024 include the chief executives of Intel (INTC), Qualcomm (QCOM) and Snap (SNAP) as well as retailers Best Buy (BBY) and Walmart (WMT).
Other keynote speakers include the heads of beauty giant L’Oreal (LRLCY), stock exchange Nasdaq (NDAQ), health insurance company Elevance Health (ELV) and industrial firms Siemens (SIEGY) and HD Hyundai.
CES 2024: AI Center Stage
Artificial intelligence, including generative AI, will take center stage at CES 2024. Companies big and small are expected to tout products and services that feature AI — even if it’s just marketing spin for some.
Intel will be touting a new class of personal computers called AI PCs at a special event during the show. The chipmaker will be joined by PC makers Dell Technologies (DELL), HP (HPQ) and others.
Tech Trends & Innovations
At CES 2024, consumer electronics giants such as LG, Samsung and Sony (SONY) will be showing their latest entertainment gadgets, including big-screen TVs and audio gear, and home appliances. CES will also feature pavilions devoted to automobiles, smart cities, health care, food tech, robotics and more.
