SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) — A key failure of the BART laptop or computer procedure shut down trains for approximately an hour early Thursday, triggering delays and leaving hundreds of commuters scrambling to obtain a different way to operate.
Transportation officials alerted commuters to the challenge by using social media close to 5:15 a.m.
